Starting as a high school English teacher, Christian became an early employee at Pathwright, a successful SaaS platform for online training programs.

During 11 years at Pathwright, he helped transform complex concepts into clear, engaging educational experiences.

He developed teaching methodologies, managed learning projects, and facilitated community events.

In 2022, he joined Silicon Valley startup Gladly as GTM Enablement lead. Prior to Readyy, he was Sales Director at ASAPP, an AI Call Center Platform valued at over $1B with $300M+ in funding.

Now, he leads all operations and sales enablement at Readyy.
